The complex comprises of 50 apartments, all of which consist of one bedroom and one living room with an open plan kitchen, additionally, it has a mini bar, shower and WC, a telephone, television, safe box (payable locally), individually controlled air conditioning (payable locally), and a balcony. From the complex, Side is located 7 kms west of Manavgat and 75 kms east of Antalya. Side is one of the earliest settlement areas of Turkey. This ancient site, the name of which means Pomegrante was an important harbour dating back to the Hittite period.
